🤔Lining up Coordinating Dies and Stamps

Here is a short video showing how I make sure my stamps line up with the coordinating die. If you are new to card making this might be useful. If you have been doing this a while I am sure you picked up this technique from Jennifer McGuire Just like I did. 😄 Either way I hope you enjoy it! Head on over to my YouTube Channel to watch.

For You

💮For You! Had to make a couple of more cards using those daisy dies from the #spellbindersclubkits. These came as part of the April Kit. There was no way I was going to get good use out of dies that are of my favorite flower, ya know? I also had cut out so many in one sitting I needed to put them to good use. On the purple ombre card base, they really stood out.

I added some light yellow color blending on the white card with
@stampinup Hello Honey. For the middle of the flower, I used #nuvodrops in the dazzling blue part of the glitter drop selections. For the sentiment on the purple card, I used a sentiment from @alina_alinacraft . The white card with yellow daisy I used a sticker I got from @dollartree . Yes...I am using my stash!
So proud.

Alcohol Inks on Acetate: Butterfly Card

I wanted to play around with some alcohol inks,✒️since I had not done that in quite a bit. I also had this lovely butterfly die I still had not put to use. So using the alcohol inks on acetate is how I "colored" the butterfly I guess you could say. I used Watermelon and Wild Plum Alcohol inks by Ranger. I loved how this turned out. I also loved that I didn't just "eyeball' everything. I measured...used a T ruler📏...it was an amazing experience. LOL.😂 To see the video of putting the card together you can click this link.
