I don't know about you but, I spend way to much time on Pintrest! It's addictive, fun, inspirational, relaxing, and way cool. But, as much time as I spend there, I go through long periods of time where I pin but don't act. I want to become more intentional about trying all those things I pinned.
So here on my blog I am going to try to use a sketch, a card inspiration, or tutorial I have pinned once a week. The above is inspiration from this pin I have on my Card Inspiration board.
It's clean, simple, and I am in love with this card! I bought the embossing folder a few months back knowing I had the triangle stamp. But I had yet to use it.
I started with a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 top folding card made with Recollections White Cardstock. I then cut apiece of the same white cardstock to 4 x 5 1/4. I ran that through my BigShot using my triangle embossing folder by Lifestyle Crafts. I also cut out a banner using a Papertrey Ink banner die. On that I stamped the sentiment by Unity Stamps in Stampin Up's Tangelo Twist.
I then stamped the triangles in tangelo twist, hello honey, and blackberry twist using a stamp I have had forever. It is made by Just for Fun. It is a block stamp and has a triangle on one side, a diamond, a rectangle, and a square on other sides.
I also added some Wink of Stella to each of the triangles to give some sparkle.
