Weekend Crafty Goodness

Amazingly enough I did not make a papercraft this weekend.  I did use my Cricut to cut out some glitter stars but otherwise I did not touch any paper.....😲 I did even know that was possible.
Above is my wreath I made with the wreath form, the mesh from Dollar Tree.  I added some silver glitter stars as well that I cut out with my Cricut.  I added them with some super stick double sided tape.  This is in a covered area so I am not worried it will get knocked around much.  I just has to last till July 4th....  ðŸ’—
If you are looking for a good tutorial for making a wreath, check out Do It on a Dime here.
This I just added some holes to thanks to my Crop a dile.  I used bakers twine to hang up above my work space where I am crafting.  Super simple, but thought it would be fun.  I had the bakers twine and the chalk markers so this cost me only $1 to make.  My drawing skills need work, but I think it turned out cute.  I can also erase it and add another saying later.

What cool projects did you work on this weekend?

I Am Back and Ready to Create, but first a haul

We have moved into our new place, and for the most part all my crafty goodness has been unpacked.  But, before I start creating I need to stop by my local Dollar Tree to get some new stuff to celebrate.  Right?

Hope you Enjoy!

Shopping the Stash-EP 2

Bear with me guys...I luckily have made few cards all in that one sitting to share with you because I will not be doing any crafting for a bit.  I am moving.  Now don't get excited, it is just a town over.  I will be gaining a bit more space (still an apartment though), a little less in rent, and hopefully a bit more quiet.

While I do that however, I have to start packing all my crafty goodies...then get them set back up.  So not sure how long that will take or how often I will be posting over the next few weeks.  But until then...here is another card.

This was totally simple...easy to do, and would be great for a beginner.

The ombre card was one from the pack I got not long ago in yellow.  The image I printed out on white cardstock using my printer.  Not sure where I got the image, but if I can find the source, I will add it here.

I cut the image down a bit and colored the bee with some yellow ink.  Behind the image I added a short scalloped border in black.  On the right I added an orange page holder.  I have this die as part of a set made for all those planners we all love.

Seconds to put together but so cute in person.  The final touch was the heart sticker I added to the bee's trail.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Brown Sugar Challenge #253 Celebrations.  You can find this challenge here.

Lemon Shortbread Challenge #42 Anything Goes.  You can find this challenge here.
