Colorblocking with Ink Blending

If you are like me and coloring is not your strong suit, you need to try color blocking.  This card is simple masking and color blending at its best.  A stamp positioner makes this so much easier.  You could do this with acrylic blocks, but still suggest a stamp positioner of some kind to get things lined up for the repeated stamping.  To save on ink blending, you can also use solid pieces of cardstock scraps you have lying around.  It adds color to your piece that doesn’t have you getting your markers or colored pencils.  The stamping is also just as simple, stamping in black ink or even a contrasting color. This is a go to technique when I want to add color but still want a clean and simple look.  I will add a bonus card for you to check out.  However, if you really want to see the 2nd card with a bit more about it you must check out my Instagram.  I try as much as possible to add an Instagram-inspired reel each week so hope you check me out there as well.
