Fast Masculine Birthday Cards-Split Card Technique

 I am keeping it super simple today, using the split card technique to make 4 card panel fronts at once. This leads to super simple, super cute birthday cards that are great for men. To see the video, head here.

Washi Flowers

 I believe this is by far the most fun I have had with washi tape, hands down. 5 Star Do Recommend! Here is where you watch the video to see the flowers being made.

Adult Coloring Page- Made into a Card

 So I picked an adult coloring book up at dollar tree. Of course, that meant a card was going to be made as soon as I got one of the images colored. I like finding things that may be unexpected to add to a card. This is just as good as some of the background papers I own. Check out your dollar tree for some alternative options if you are on a budget. To see the video for this card head here.

Using a Spirograph in Cardmaking

 

Remember the spirograph you had when you were a kid? I do. I found one recently in Dollar Tree. So, I decided to see what I could do with it in my card-making. Here are a few cards I came up with. Now I need some more pens with different colored inks. You guessed it there is a video found here.

Flat Shaker Trifold Card

 I am back using one of those trifold card bases I made. This one is stepped up a bit with a flat shaker. All the shaker bits are between two pieces of tulle. I like that I can see elements from the next fold of the card. Hope you give a flat shaker a try. There is a video of course for this card found here.

Tri Fold Card #1

 

Today's card is using a tri-fold card base I made.  This is super simple.  Great for a beginner.  The only tricky part is lining up each of the cutouts.  But you could skip one if you wish.  Hope you get some time to get crafty today.  See the video of this card being made here.
