This is one of those cards you can use some of the tiniest of scraps to make. Just make a bunch of fishtail banners and you are ready to go. The patterned paper all came from Spellbinders Card Kit of the Month from August of this year. I am still trying to get as much of this paper pack used up as part of my personal Patterned Paper Challenge..this is day 13 in case you were curious...only one more day to go... :).
