Kendra's Card Challenge 16, Card 3
I am still catching up on the challenges I
missed during my move at the end of 2024. Before I can even start on Kendra’s
Card Challenge 17, I need to complete Challenge 16. Here is my next card from
this challenge. This time instead of using 6 6x6 pieces of patterned paper. I
decided to focus on all the scrap paper I have in my bin. I haven’t used any
paper from there in a while. These cards won’t have a cohesive look as the
cards I usually make using Kendra’s Card challenge. Regardless, I hope it
inspires you to use some of your scrap paper as well.

I am still catching up on the challenges I
missed during my move at the end of 2024. Before I can even start on Kendra’s

My Submission to Craft Roulette Challenge #249
Since moving back east, I found one thing that
makes my Friday evenings, I get to participate in the Craft Roulette
challenge. It comes on at 7pm Eastern Time each week, so I don’t miss it. I can
watch it live and participate in real-time.
I did that again this week using the parameters for Challenger
#249. Zoyfold, elegant colors, door, and
3 circles. I feel I cheated a bit as my 3 circles were three round gems, but that would
count.

I am still catching up on the challenges I
missed during my move at the end of 2024.
Before I can even start on Kendra’s Card Challenge 17, I need to complete
Challenge 16. Here is my first card from
this challenge. This time instead of
using 6 6x6 pieces of patterned paper. I
decided to focus on all the scrap paper I have in my bin. I haven’t used any paper from there in a
while. These cards won’t have a cohesive

Galentines Cards, Done
Time to use those cute #Gallentinesday stickers I made using Cricut Design Space. I used 2024 December’s Sheetload of Card Sketch to bring these cards together. The patterned paper is from a Recollections Paper pad I thrifted back in California. I love using the Sheetload Sketches. It is always a win. I make multiple cards, I use up my paper (of which there is a lot), and the work of figuring out all the cutting is done for me. You can’t beat that.

I am getting caught up on all my favorite challenges I usually participate in. I used the November Sheetload of card sketch from 2024 for my new Valentine's Day cards. It worked perfectly. This card could be used at any time, but I love the stamped image/sentiment the most. This could sum up how you feel about anyone special in your life.

Washi Tag is the Focal Point
Ok, I am taking that quick easy washi tag I made in the last video and turning it into a card. This was super simple. I used some scene builder items from the Washi Tape Shop to add to the tag. I just stock those items on some cardstock then fussy cut them out roughly. I added a sentiment I had made an extra of and called it good. Not bad for a quick card.

Valentine's Day Card Using the November Sheetload of Card Sketch
I am trying to get caught up with all the
challenges I usually follow but missed due to my recent move. I used the November Sheetload of Cards sketch
to make the cute Valentine’s day Cards.
I am so glad I used the heart stamp and sentiment. This is perfect not only for Valentine’s day
but anytime you want to let that special someone know how much they mean. These are for sale in my Etsy shop if you
want to check them out.

Mini Slimline Funfold
This beautiful,
patterned paper I found at my local Thrift Store has been waiting for me to use
it in a project. Today was the day to
get it out. I had a hard time finding
another complementing patterned paper, so instead I used an embossing folder to
add a bit of detail to the grey paper I found that matched.
I love this sketch from 2021’s
July Sheet Load of Cards. To see the
sketch please use this link.

August Sheetload of Cards
There are
times when what you planned out for a card just does not go as planned. For my plan for the August Sheetload of Cards
I had the ephemera picked out. Fussy cut
it. Had it ready to go. But the patterned paper ended up not being a
good match. So, I had to pivot. This is what I came up with.
These
cards are perfect for mailing as they are flat with little dimension. I love all the encouraging sentiments. These are perfect for all the times you may
need to send a card to a friend. Hope you
enjoy!

I have wanted to make a simple punch art card for some time. This little bee fits the bill. I made him orange and black because the Halloween season is coming. However, he was so adorable, until I smudged his face. I was so sad I did that. Anyway, I hope you try this one too.

Kendra's Card Challenge 15- All the Cards I Made
Here are
all the cards I made for Challenge 15. I
opted out of doing Sketch 15 this time.
It is a sketch I have used in the past and really wasn’t one I wanted to
repeat. If you notice sketches 1-3 all
come from 1 sheet of 6 x 6 patterned paper.
I am obsessed with this since it is basically a one-sheet wonder. 😍

Affirmation Cards
I am
super proud of these cards. I can’t
really pinpoint why. They are super
simple. They use stamps that a friend
gifted to me. I used my Cricut to add
the sentiments. But, yeah I am proud of
these. They are super cute, and I love
them. I hope someone will buy some of
these cards from my shop, and send them to a girlie who looks like one of the images
to let them know they are wonderful, special, all the things we all should hear every day about ourselves. I hope you
like these cards as much as I do.
