Cofee love....

It's time for some coffee love.  I started out with a great sketch from CAS(E) this sketch!  You can find the sketch # 130 here.

I got a bit fancy with my Cricut.  I created the card base myself with a simple square that I made into a rectangle and the edge I welded from an image from Creative Cards cartridge.  The card is cut out of black cardstock by Recollections.  The final folded image measures 4 1/2 x 3 6/8.  This is just a simple gatefold card.

After scoring the card.  I cut out another of the images slightly smaller from the Creative Cards cartridge to go on top in white cardstock.  I cut it down to the size i wanted and added the Coffee image in Staz On Black ink. The image is by Unity Stamps. I then colored in a few places on the image with a Pink Sharpie.

On the bottom half of the card I added some patterned paper by Recollections.  I then added a single pink button by Recollections on a foam square to hold it closed.

I used my envelope punch board to make a cute envelope out of textured Recollections cardstock and used the same patterned paper to make an envelope liner.

This could easily hold a gift card for that coffee lover friend.  It is totally cute!

Thanks to CASE(E) this Sketch Blog for another great sketch!
